In 1984TC a meteor crashed in the water just south-east of Kil'Gal , creating a massive underwater crater and causing devastation on land. The impact disrupted local ecosystems and left a lasting mark on the landscape. The crater caused the waters to become deep resulting in the Dagrae Inner Sea . This caused non-oceanfaring ships to have no route to the west. The crater became a symbol of Dagrae misfortunes and added to the region’s isolation by disrupting maritime trade with the west.
